I think that the parents of children that indulge in anti-social behaviour should be beaten - not the children themselves it is not their fault that they are little (or not-so-little) bastards. We should go back to the source - THE PARENTS, each time a child runs riot burning things, stealing and being generally offensive a special squad of hand-picked and duly elected members of the public (after all this is a democracy) should go round the the parents' house with a nice stick (we should make use of the rule of thumb). Personally I feel that after a few good whippings parents will start to take an active interest in what their children do and begin being proper parents.
After a few years we should see an improvement; but let us not stop there we should also hold M.P.'s, councillors and even the Prime Minister accountable for what they do in office. If we catch them lying, cheating or doing any one of the many things that our elected officials are prone to then again we call on a duly appointed squad of 'Public whips' to set up a public floggery and whip their asses! A brief note I think that woman MP's should be whipped by women and their male counterparts should be whipped by men - this is to prevent any complaints of sexual discrimination. The politicians all receive fat salaries and appear to be accountable to no-one - I have no problem with what they are paid but if they are naughty they should be held accountable by the people - ie us! Let them beware for the people's justice will be armed with a big stick!
